Governing Board

The Governing Board provides overall management and strategic oversight for the Directed Fund. It sets direction, ensures responsible stewardship of resources, and establishes governance policies. The Board also defines strategic objectives aligned with Project Jupyter’s mission and approves budgets to support and advance those goals.
